I agree. The colors and strokes are just plain drop-dead beautiful. So would her facial, but I think it's a little bit too exaggerated.
Not that I don't like it even at the slightest, I ABSOLUTELY love it. Just my two cents.

Hi,... indeed nice brush work,... very vibrant!
However, the upper body scale is pretty big and the expression on her face is a little cheesy... which sort of detracts from the nice colors and style.
