Description I must say, I'm proud of how this came out, I referred to quite a few of tutorials. :/ So people, if you're gonna fav it, please try to give me a comment, it's not just for showing purpose.. I need some comment on something I've worked so hard on, it gives me more motivation. To be honest, favs don't impress me at all....

I started this picture on February 9th 2008.. which was almost 2 and a half years ago. Featuring Evernia, my fire Paganus from an online pet site, Kenopets (now Anatheria). I immediately fell in love with the design and decided to start a fan art.. tried to make it look as much as the official one as possible. This is it: [link] I struggled so much with everything. :/

Now onto the background, it just magically came out after the many tutorials I referred. <3 I've had the background planned 2.5 years ago and only got around to finish it 2 days ago, it came out exactly as I imagined.

Nevertheless, no critics please. -ish still in love with it-

I think that the bird itself is beautiful, but the background is stunning, the detail of the clouds and the sky itself looks amazing!

I know!! That's why I kept the original design. <3 And thanks! I'm really proud of this one, so I expected more comments than fav, but I still got more favs.. I absolutly know that feeling :/ I got it just a few weeks ago... Just uploaded art I spent HOURS on (and it turned out really good) and then... blah, a few favs and even your friends won't comment
I try to cheer myself up with: 'At least your happy with it!'

I'm afraid of people yelling at me. So if I cant comment I rather not even fav at all. Unless that pic is already highly popular that the artist wouldn't even bother to read the comments. XD They wont see me if I hit 'fav' and run.

Gwah, if someone's yelling at you, flag them as spam or ignore them or yell back x3 AND if they got a problem with the oh so popular fav-and-run they should write it in the artist comments, damnit xD;;

Holy shiiiit I thought I procrastinated on pics XD.
I also thought that design looked familiar, and the desc. explains why...I'm on that site too XD. OMG YOU SHOULD ADD ME AS A FRIEND LOL.
Anyway, your version is much more epic than the site version. The flames are swirls are omgggg. I alos love the BG, you draw such godly clouds. I'm too lazy to draw clouds so I use brushes XD

I'm no longer active on that site, though.. what brought me in was the new fire Paganus design that I stumbled upon on the old Kenopets main page, I know I'm lame like that. x3
I try to use as less brushes as possible now, so I can practice my background skillz. :3

Such a pretty bird! ;n; This makes me want to work on my fire owl design who I've been putting off forever. This also makes me want to be active on Anatheria. (I think I have an account there. x'D)

I must say that picture overall is absolutely stunning! I think you did a fantastic job drawing the design of the paganus, and I agree with you because I've fallen in love with it too The warm background blends with it so well, I can really see so much effort put into this, really good work Pigeona
