Yayyy snail! And such a pretty one, too--I wish we had snails around here. (Well, nice big snails that you can see.)

This snail is not big. It has maybe 1". If you go out when it's raining, I believe you found some.

1" is big for where I live; the few snails I've seen have been only a few millimeters

I see. Most of the snails here are about 2". I hardly see a smaller one.

It's good too because if you find just shells, there have to be snails too.
