You have no idea what you subscribed for, do you? But okay, as you wish:
1. Why are the wings coming out from its neck?
2. What neck I am even speaking of?
3. Why is its head way bigger than its hoof?

Since you ask for feedback, I will give you some.Β First off, the anatomy could use some work.Β
The head is too large for the body, and the lack of neck and stomach and the slightly visible(almost hidden) front leg, makes it look like he is only a head, flank and hind legs.Β
The pose is tricky, but you can easily find numerous vectors of RD in flight that would be similar to this one and find a good one to base it on.Β
The mane and positioning of the wings also make it look as if the wings are coming out of his neck, when they should be by his shoulders.Β
In all, the anatomy needs quite the work and I would highly suggest looking up at reference pictures when attempting poses you might not be too comfortable with.Β
But I have some nice things to say! The lineare is very even and clean and it has potential.Β
