The young Lea enters her bedroom and find herself tied up.The older Lea was just sent in the past... I don't know how.
Was she playing ? Was she captured by a bad guy ? Who knows...
It is a time paradox if Lea started liking bondage when she met a Lea from the future, who started liking bondage when she met a Lea from the future when she was young ...
It would be more 'realistic' of the older one was tying the younger one. But I didn't find interesting to tie the child.
Btw how old do you think they look ?
According to your comments, young and older Lea look respectively 7 (almost 8) and 18 (almost 19 ^^ ) - average answers -
Actually I've tried to make them look 6 and 15. But I think the young one looks one or two years older. And ... in all my drawings, I draw more or less the same all the girls between 15 and 25

The older one should be asked this question.
One of my characters can do this over & over, until he, the Traveler, has become a one-man crowd scene of size N (N being the number of selves needed to deal with the situation.). The last one in the looping is vulnerable to death,the others are safe from dying. Each will experience the same battle N times. This .I believe ,has done twice in my tales, (unless my memory is screwing me around...)
A paradox took place in an AstroBoy storyΒ arc. He wound up in the past due to an alien's actions, and had to work his way back to the present. In the course of this, he saw mankind at its worst, and finally was,in a way, glad when his power ran out and he lay inert on a hillside.
Β Β Β Some years later, Astroboy was being designed and built by the brilliant butΒ insane Dr, Tenma. The existence of the older, now corroded & rusting, AstroBoy lying in the weeds on the hillside, was preventing the newer AstroBoy from activating. The alien, Scara, set off the rustingΒ older AstroBoy's destructΒ mechanism and blew him -or it- to scrap bits. THEN the newer AstroBoy came to life and the loop was closed.
BUT
What will prevent the new AstroBoy from suffering the same fate ?
I do NOT understand the "logic" of Japanese manga, or that there is so much DEATH in the stories.
I even used a paradox like this in one of my Casper tales. An attempt to save him from said fate, resulting in a divergent reality.

Older Lea looks about 17-18 (human standard), younger looks about 11-12 (human standard). Probably a 50-70 year difference in actual years.

I'd say you got older Lea right, about 16 or so. Her face could easily be 18, but the hips are a bit too narrow, and the breasts a bit too small for an 18, perfect for a 15-16 tho. Younger Lea looks actually a bit older, I'd say 9 or 10. At 6, she'd look plumper, since she'll have most of her baby fat, and her hands wouldn't look so clean and lean.
At least from my experience (having seen 3 baby couusins grow from 0 to 18
