I just finished the work I had in my head for most of the first year we were surrounded by the virus. I wondered, as I developed my illustration style, what such a thing might look like in the future. If a substance or organic matter came from space that would completely transform a person. We've certainly seen it in movies and video games before, but I looked at it more scientifically, including astrobiology...

So I drew a woman whose transformation ends and looks at a man who is already transformed.
