Dear friend, why don't you put the rocks as a foreground, with ow angle, and i think it's not slow enough to get a dramatic motion blur in the water. The sun is still too bright to put in the frame. There's no cloud, so it's better you change the color into black and white.

Nice light on the rocks, the sky lacks any real interest though, and I'm not sure about all the water on the left...square crop perhaps?

I agree the diffused sun and motion blur is great.
The left side seems very empty though.
My opinion is...I think this might fare better as a square frame (if you crop from the right) or if you had shot it vertically, with both methods focusing more on the rocks and sun other than the waves that are on the left.
