Description This is the evolution of Eleflare..... I might think about re-doing to flames so they look more realistic on both Torcholt and Eleflare, but I'll do that maybe in a week or so... here is it's pre-evolved form Eleflare [link]

That tail's pretty funky. It looks more like a straight fire type rather than a combonation of both.

Well the tail is supposed to look like a thunder-ball thing of some sort..... and the Lightnig bolt's on top of it's head and around it's waist give away it's Electric traits..... well that's what I think...
