Actually, his outfit is a dark cloak with hood. Additional decorations are a lock, chain and 2 giant candles. You can do whatever you like with those stuff

Levious is shadow of madness and hunger. He can spit pink flame that burn almost everything in the path. His hands are locked with magical chain so he use his mouth instead
