Fired up Max today and came up with this....what do you like/dislike about it ?

nice and shiny ... greta snse of splintering and dissection. Some of the limbs look almost organic. What materials did you use in Max ?

Hmmm... very nice. I like the render and the 2D is good.
As for opnions and suggestions, the font doesn't seem to fit in with what's going on in the picture, but it still looks good. The 2D is very good but I would say add some opacity or something so it's not quite as bold, (I like to see all the detail in a render). Maybe make the background a little bit more busy er... something

Finally someone understand that 3d must be clean. People have always some pixel problems, most of the times you have to resize their work to get the right look (to fit on my desktop). Nice and not corny

killer sutff, i'm not really diggin the 2d, looks a bit cluttered in a couple of spots, the 3d howevere is a whole other story. the material and composure are just teh sex..the font style you used is different but a good different. gives the piece a different kind of feel almost. but yea nice work and all that jazz.

It's good - but I don't like the choice of 3dsmax materials and the 2d is overall over-opacitated, which I do not like. But the text is amazing and the perspective too. Good job at it

As everyone is saying, awesome render. Personally though, I'd like to see less of the random 2d like that in the middle, and try doing some more of that cryllic/gothic text. One doesn't see that type of text in this category and I think you've done a good job of matching it up. Just some thoughts, but very nice job nonetheless.

i think the 3d here is brilliant but i'm not a big fan of the texture on the peach colour on the left. everything else looks smooth and clean and crisp but that one part really detracts from the overall image, for me, personally. very subtle colour choice, it looks almost regal in a sense with the font you've chosen.

the 3D is incredible... bitchin transition between textures and moving from one object and flowign out through several others branching out into long spiney ish. the 2D works in supplement to the 3D but the type is what really stands out for me.. its such a deviation from the way fonts are usually laid next to work like this and i quite like it a lot... juicy delicious. i also like how the 2D is all basically laid out in a horzontal stripe... keeping everything in check. the shadow is a subtle but effective way of emphasizing the illusion of depth without actually going all out into a manmade environment... its a change that i would appreciate seeing more often. very clean, minimal, and the composition compliments the render very well. switch it over to a 12X18 layout and this is instant print-sex... the actual document size-ratio isnt my cup of tea. awesome work bud.

i love the 3d a whole lot. very creative and interesting render. the font is a bit over the top but its swirls and curls match the render. not your best piece, but deffinitely still very good

nice, i dont like how the typo is out there. Try fading it a little bit, so its not so dark and bold, but besides that, great! try adding some more stuff to it, its a little to simple for me (dont know about anyone else). +fav +watch
