Description
Jan 2008A 'character I M' inspired by and her 'Character IM Challenge'.
She did Phi first, so I had to do Tasmira first.
I took a break from working on pictures for other people do to this. The picture of Tasmira didn't take me long at all, but writing out all of her thoughts took me much longer then I expected.

(She was named after the Queen Tasmira from the D&D cartoon, and it has frequently been alluded to in rp that the cartoon Tasmira was an ancestor of this one.)

Yuppers, that's exactly what she is. I've loved faerie dragons since 1rst ed AD&D. ^_^ Due to the site I rped her on I had to play with the idea of faerie dragons changing colours with their age categories though (old school D&D)

Really? Cool. Since she was from dungeons and dragons... which I was also a fan of... I was going to use her from the show in my new comic. But then in my reference search, I found this Tasmira and I think she looks better. You don't mind if I sorta borrowed her design (giving credit, of course), cause I cannot find any of her on here or the internet as a reference... and I don't have or can find any videos of her. -_-'
Note: She won't be referred to as a neopet, unfortunately... because neopets don't exist in this comic... well, they do... but that's another story in the comical Universe. Only faerie dragons are featured... more specifically, queen tasmira.

O.o Actually I would prefer if you didn't use her. My Tasmira is not the Tasmira from the cartoon. When I made her as a neopet I gave her the name in homage, but made a completely different character in design, personality and history. (I have added in notes of a relation to the one from the cartoon though, in rp my Tasmira was named after a faerie dragon Queen from history - i.e. as if a ruler today named Arthur was named in homage to King Arthur from the past.)
I frequently regret giving my character a homage name, since she was created as a completely different character, and was meant to be a different character from the start.

I just did a quick search and found one.
And you know what the weirdest part is? I saw that episode a long, long time ago, and only remembered that the Tasmira from the cartoon was purple. I couldn't even find a pic of the show one up until I just searched again now to see if there was one for you.

oh, yeah. I forgot to say I found that one a long time ago too. I still have it on my hard drive. But are there any others, such as a full body view? I'm sure she was seen in about 20 shots in the episode.
Sigh... I will have to omit her from my comic and think of something else... she was going to play a big part for being a small character (which was the idea). And I don't really want to put in other species... they won't fit, actually. This is a dragon-relations comic. you see what I mean...

You may have an easier time finding pictures of Amber, she was the main faerie dragon in that episode and had much more 'face time' then the others.

This site has a youtube version of the episode. You could easily get some screenshots from it. The original Tasmira's tail seems to be long with no decoration the end, but a little bit of ridging down the back.

The I Ms are just so much fun. I wish that I had the time to do one for EVERY character of mine. But considering how many I have online, and the binders and binders I have filled with offline characters it would be a lifetime project.

Somebody once told her about falling in and out of love, and she panicked. For the next while she kept making sure that everything was clear around Phi when he walked, and was always watching his feet... just in case he fell. She didn't want him to 'fall out of love' with her by accident.

If I find the time I'll probably do one for most of my characters, eventually. I'm going to finish off the faerie rp character ones with my husband first though. He's very excited about these, and I want to keep his creativity flowing. ^^

I hope to see something like this on Quetzal. ^^ She's my favorite out of all of your characters and the whole reason I got hooked on Aztec culture, mythologies, and characters. But, if not, it was nice to learn something new about Queen Tasmira.

Lol, it wasn't 'that' mean. She just had Quetzal bringing fruits and laying them in front of the statue so Tasmira could steal them later. (Yeah, I totally was inspired by Gummi Bears.)
I thought about doing one for Quetzal, but I'm 'still' lost about what is happening with her and Yasa.
