How do you colour all these things? I scan things in pencil and then I can't mask them properly to make colours... I mean, there's always gray-whiteish edge on the lines. if I don't want to destroy lineart...

I colored it in Photoshop, I use a different layer for each color, in the "multiply" mode (default mode is "normal", you can change it at the layers window) that makes the color transparent... try it and tell me if it works! XD
