the model pose is good, composition as well. For me as a landscape photographer the overexposed sky hurts the eyes. On the other side i know the model is the most important part in here.
For a better light set up at the shooting i would have tried to use the/a flash as light up flash of the model (right beside the camera in front of the model) or (depending on available light, i guess it's not a lot) a reflector. Than you can do a normal expose of the sky and the model is also good/great visual.
Over idea if you have shot this in RAW. you could do a HDR of that scene to gather the nice sky and combine the normal shot and hdr via layers in your favorite editing tool.
these are my thoughts about this piece.
