AngerSome around me are "friends"
but their fakeness exasporates me.
Words of reassurance come with smiles
though talk is cheap, and smiles are distorted with lies.
Cynicism builds up
creating a vacuum of negativity.
Siblings run around me
please leave me alone...
Adolescant "jokes" are spat with squeaking inflections
I struggle to suppress these muscles.
I walk where they once played
only a trail of destruction are and blame left for me.
As my days go on
these guardians seem to have forgotten assistance
As my troubles develop, they badger of dirty dishes
I flex to restrain from screaming.
"Why don't you care!?" is yelled
proving my efforts to appease are worthless
Frustration wells in my eyes
and as a fire subsides a heavy rain settles in.
My head swims with hopelessness
while the wild monotony of my heart drowns down
I am calm now
but my anger is inescapable.
