Speed Painting:www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5L2yeβ¦This one has been sitting on my hard drive since the end of last month. I didn't upload it before now because I was debating with myself weather or not I wanted to make a speed painting for this one (I screwed up the recording so a few parts of it was missing), and I like to upload them at the same time. As you can see I did make that video anyways.
This was actually drawn as a form of therapeutic exercise. I was actually quite angry when I started drawing this. Usually when I'm struggling with unwanted emotions I draw for the sake of venting my frustrations, however this time I was angry because a plethora of smaller peeves, so I thought that drawing a "feel-good" drawing was a better idea.

Your mom is so lucky to see them in person! It's one of my smaller wishes in life to sit under one and read some kind of Japanese folktale. I've wanted to do something similar here as well once the snow melts. Every Sunday I plan to take the train to Oslo and visit the graveyard where Henrik Ibsen and Camilla Collett are buried, sit in a particular "sitable" tree and read some of the old books they wrote. I don't mean new prints of those books, I mean first and second editions that's been preserved. I know a place that sells them.
Yeah, I seem to be getting the hang on those. Thanks for mentioning it.
