Compared to your last two works, this appears to not be as detailed. There isn't the bright, flashy lights, no emotive-invoking background and succeeds in being so deceptive. I LOVE this for the focus on simplicity. The main focal point of the whole thing is the interaction between Vespyr's and "Teal's eyes and speaks volumes. You really did well in making Vespyr appear to be "sort of out of it" and both of their personalities really shine through.

Even though their bodies don't seem to be much of a focus, you paid such good detail to them. The creases and the shadows do well to accentuate their bodies and their musculature structure. This is one of my favorites in terms of how much attention to appropriate anatomy of the bodies you've done. The sparing usage of colors really helps to draw the focus to their interaction as well.
