oppisite of 'Smart Bombs'...bombs that are made in sweatshops(by blind, ,underage children with missing limbs(mine fields)) by lowest-low bidder and don't go through ANY quality control inspection. Basically the Worst thing you want strapped to your aircraft or in your bomb bay.
