Poor Nell. While everyone else is out fighting in tanks, she's back at headquarters, waiting to be able to dispense advice when needed.
Just another three hours left in the work day before she heads home, heats up a Lean Cuisine, does a webcam show, and shops online for shoes she'll never wear.

Something tells me back in the olden days, Everyone was against eachother, Nell was something of an Ace CO for Orange Star, despite serving under Olaf and Grit, Blue Moon was (probably) headed by Colin's and Sasha(Alexandria?)'s Dad or something, and they all probably fought against a nation by the name of... Violet Cloud, probably? Some of the remnants of Violet Cloud probably later went to SPEHSS to become Black Hole.

Excellent! Thanks for this, I had a good laugh too. Love her AW1 look with the little hat and baton. Somehow reminds me of an air hostess, haha. She's so bored of waiting for the adviser to do all the War Rooms or whatever you need to do to unlock her! I feel bad I haven't unlocked her now. Would you do more AW fan art?

Always nice to see some Advance Wars art. But let's face it, if Nell took command any war would be over in a week.
Great pose, the radio in the corner is also a nice touch. All she needs is a radio call, anything to kill the boredom.

A perfect portrayal of the hazards of being so good at your job that they stick you behind a desk. The look on her face makes me laugh everytime I see the pic. Heh, maybe Nell will luck out and get a real thrill tonight: somebody could play a game of Risk with her!

I always figured her and Grit were a couple... in fact, this picture was originally going to be Grit looking at her through a window with a sniper scope, face looking twitterpated, while his radio jumped around angrily with Olaf yelling orders.
