You have to install a RAR extracter, such as WinRAR or (my preference) 7-Zip, and extract the archive into a folder. After that, go to control panel and you can just search "Cursor", and then select "Change how the mouse pointer looks" Then, double click on every icon for a cursor, locate the cursor files, and add them to the cursor. When you are done, you can pressΒ save as, and name it whatever you want, and then press "Apply" or "OK"Β
