no i wasn't only said "i dont like your works" but also try to find out why her works' color look weird and had a talk with her. i also talk about it on facebook with my friends. now the trouble comes: her fans think i attack her on facebook is a moral problem. well yeah now i know if i dont like someone's work i'd better just go away.

I think that the power couplings got lose, and shorted out the
atomic drive system and disabled the hover cooling systems too.

The shit broke and now the rider is stranded,
and his mech is going to be in the shop for a spell.

Well that whole rabid fan thing has happened to me just once.

I had said something about a persons drawing and they blocked me
because they didn't like my comment.
But being blocked wasn't enough for the artists "rabid fans"
they told me or asked me what does it matter what so and so draws or
how so and so see things and that I should just keep my comments to myself.

So opinions that are only good are to be shared and negative comments should never
be expected or else the artist will cry like a big baby and block me?
I liked the artist other pieces of art or drawings but one in particular just
didn't sit well with me. And I shared how I saw it and "the artist" didn't like what I had to say.

I only made one comment and the artist blocked me.
It wasn't like I was trying to insult this artist and make them hate me,
I just shared how their drawing made me feel, and the "rabid fans" came hurling their insults at me.
Far worse things were said to me then I said about the artist drawing.

And thank you for saying my explanation was awesome; whether you were being sarcastic or sincere,
thank you all the same.

I was completely serious about your explanation. And that sucks man, I WISH the DA community gave more serious critiques. Hell I'd probably draw at least twice as good as I do now if we had people who did more than just suck the artist's dick.

about what you said about my explanation.


Ah yes there is a lot of artist getting their proverbial dicks sucked or twats licked.
I can draw the same stuff (nearly just as well as some artist ) and I get bub-kiss in the views
or faves department. And the same goes for some of my photos as well.

One person shoots a simple photo of some object that I also own
and have taken tons of pictures of and they get front page and even 1,000+ faves.
I shoot a picture of the same object just like I said that I own too,
and I get 25 or less faves.

I didn't just grab whatever I had lying around and
place it in front of my camera and go snap snap or click click.

And then post it and sit back and watch the faves or views come pouring in.
I actually put a lot of effort into my photo and it even shows,
but it didn't matter because of some reason I have yet to figure out.

My drawings are just the same in some ways I'm sure.
Yes critiquing someones work can be tough and anyone can
undoubtedly be expect to get their ass handed to them (in a manner of speaking).

I've even had a comment that I gave that was good about a writer and it even got someones negative
juices flowing and I got scolded for saying how much I liked someones writing or poem.

I had shared a good comment that was positive and another person felt the need to tell me
where I went wrong or that I was wrong in giving my heart felt opinion.
Shit man, what the hell is wrong with people; one way or the other I'm screwed no matter what I say?
But then again I'm not surprised ...no really.
This is what happens when people don't know or understand how to talk to anyone anymore.
Or maybe we've all forgotten what's important.

thats what i love about mech designs and art in general. good art continues the creative thought in other people. i don't like to understand everything about a piece, i want wonder on my own. like reading a book versus watching the movie. LOTR was much better and looked better in my head rather than on the screen. good art leaves you wondering.

That's so true.

I totally understand your movie/book reference with LOTR.
I felt the same way about the source of the force in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.
The wonder and mystery of how things function or could
operate is best left to each persons imagination.

I'll just use mine when going through your awesome gallery.

Thank you very much and your quite welcome.
It took me a few years to reach this level of understanding and
it's very challenging to help others in seeing this point of view
that I am so thankful to finally have.

I no longer see "there are two sides to every coin" as the saying goes,
in fact I now see that there are no limits when it comes to understanding
the multifaceted points of view and now I see all the sides all at the same time.
Most people I talk to about it don't care or wish they could see things how I see them now,
it is a very difficult process in the beginning but the end results are so worth the trouble.
