I know you only gave me this request today, but I really was in the mood to draw an type, my favorite type~~ And you gave me so much wonderful detail that I just had to draw him!

This is for who asked me to draw her pokemon team leader in Diamond, a raichu named Scott. She describes him as a gentle giant who can be bossy and stubborn at times. The kind of guy who laughs a lot and isn't very intelligent. Other than that, he's very brave and likes to fight, which is why he is fairly muscular. Scott dislikes when people disagree with him, and he isn't very fond of difficult problems.
