Meh, I really rushed my last set, but that's because I was getting impatient, I only needed ONE MORE POINT by then.
And YES, can't wait to see it!

Tell. me. about. it! Not even kidding, but making all these gijinkas is an awesome practice for drawing different kinds of clothes ^^

:L Yeah, I can see how it's helpful practice, with all the different types of clothing you have to draw!

Haha, I know right~ There, I think I've got his outfit to look acceptable. Now the most tedious part! Inking! :'D

Like you've probably noticed, I ink each picture in a specific way. I love doing it because it almost always turns out nice, but it tales a long time! :'D Worth it? Yea probably...

Yeah, I think it's probably worth it, even though I don't really know how much more work it is :3 I for one, really like the style, so I'm guessing at least a good fraction of your customers do, too. ^^

Blarg, I want a piece of this 'team' action! And Daley is freaking adorable. FREAKING ADORABLE.

Aw, thanks love; Daley is the definition of AFSDZFSDFGV SO CUTE!
But beside the point, I'm doin' this 'thing' I guess, since a few deviants seem to like the team concept in which I draw them, as in they themselves, as the pokemon of their choosing, and then I place them on a team.
wanted me to draw her gijinka self, the Mew, on a team so I put her together with three others~

Haha, allow me to nonchalantly write down that idea for future use...
And of course, I can put him on hold :'D I'm just glad you like him and all his adorableness~ I'm sure you'll get buyers right away! ^^

Another way that I choose names is to go with ancient names. I'm a huge (HUGE) fan of Ancient Greece, and I found this website: [link] It gives this uber long list of Ancient Greek names, as well as their meanings, masculine/feminine versions, and derived names!
So, for this one character (number 2) [link] I had an idea that he would be going through a lot, losing a lot. He's the only winged wolf in his pack, so he's isolated, then kicked out/abandoned. So, I went looking through the list, and found Achilles (yes, I already knew the name, but hadn't really thought of it), and saw that it meant 'pain'. Obviously, then, I named him Achilles, because it's all that he is at the beginning. And, if it hadn't seemed to fit, I would have looked at the names derived from it, or made my own version, like I did for Sunog.
Another example is number 1 on this sheet [link] I saw him as the guard/defender of...well, something important that's going to be in my adopt-story. So, when I looked through the list, I saw that Alexius means 'helper' or 'defender.' Alexius didn't seem to fit, though, and neither did any of the derivatives. So, I made my own up. Now, my gryphon is named Lexius (not that original from Alexius, but hey it works).

Well, I'm a lot nicer here on dA, everywhere else I'm quite violent, maybe that's why I'm not thought of as a Kiki, the name's too nice.
And don't even get me STARTED on pronunciation. Look at my name, and tell me how you think it's pronounced.
Kya.
That's all it is. Three SIMPLE FREAKING LETTERS. And yeah, there's no nickname for me, either, that's why I was so surprised when my friends told me I had a nickname. But like I said, pronunciation. I have a friend in school, his name is sort of Indian, and and we always see which name the teachers mess up on, his or mine. It's usually mine.

You got it right believe it or not! Brin. But spelled Brynne...? And most people say Breen Brine or Brian.
To be honest, I thought the pronunciation was going to be like Kia, but at first I thought it was something like k-YAH. Like something a comic book character would yell when slashing something with a sword, KYAH!!

Yeah, my name's said like that in Japan, by a lot of fangirls. A LOT. It's usually typed out like, "kyaaaaaaaaaaa!! <3333" Just another thing to add to my list of 'What My Named is Used In/For' -_- lol.
And sweet! I was thinking that from the start, actually. But I could see how teachers would mispronounce it, I think. Plus, well, teachers have called me Kyra, or, I don't even know; it's pronounced K-eye-ruh. So, they get the first part, but then, for some reason, they add an R. WHAT THE F*CK'S WITH THE R?!!?!??! DOES IT JUST MANIFEST ITSELF IN THEIR MINDS?!?! I've been getting a LOT of Kyra's lately, actually. I just, CAN'T wrap my head around where they get it. -_-
~~~Okay, my rant is over (it's getting late, so I'm getting hyper, obviously)
