While not quite as popular as his brother Mario, Luigi is still both well-known and well-liked by a good number of Nintendo High students. He's shy unlike his brother, but he's working on improving that shortcoming. Luigi actually strives to be a filmmaker and has already produced a few amateur shorts with his friends, but so far they have only managed to amass a combined total of near 3000 views on YouTube. Still, he remains steadfast with his ambitions, and continues to give Green Thunder Productions—the name he has given himself in regards to his filming endeavors—his full confidence. Luigi is easily startled or outright frightened, something that Prince Boo takes advantage of way too often.

I didn't give him a mustache because I've always felt that shaved faces make a character look younger even--no, especially when you can't change much else in their design besides the outfit. Also, in the story, I have in mind that Mario and Luigi's mother make them both shave regularly. They'll probably end up growing some hair on their lip (peach fuzz at the very least) during the college arc.
