Sure! Both are undertale AUs, or alternate universes.
Outertale is an au that takes place in space, so everyone's outfits are stellar themed. Stars on them and the like. (I don' actually follow it, so that's pretty much all I know ;u
Underfell is an au where all the characters are way crueler that in the actual game. Frisk stays the same, flowey's personality is switched so he becomes nice (he also becomes sort of like a guide through the underground), and they find that becoming friends with everyone is 10x harder. (The fanart I've seen mostly blames that on emotional baggage and stubbornness)
Both AUs are just design concepts, so there's no actual story around them! Feel free to interpret them as you wish!
