The moon dragon, made as a partner to the Sun Dragon [link]This was a full artistic liberty costume - I was told to interpret the idea of "the moon dragon", and that I could do whatever I wanted from there.

How did you get the light colors on the black fur? Did you specially airbrush it?

It's opaque acrylic paint, drybrushed (with a small paintbrush) onto the fur.

The eyes on this one I made. The taxidermy type eyes I either buy pre-painted from Van Dyke's Taxidermy, or I buy the blank glass from there and paint them myself.
