How did you change the size in Musa's eyebrows and eyes? I have Paint.net and I cannot do this like you!

I was just using really thin lines and then fill the space.
Right now I am using PaintTool SAI which has got an option "pressure" where you can change the size of line

one reson for way I decided to draw by my own is because I have really good eyes to see things , it sees up there in the right corner , is really small but I immediately noticed
