Your linework gives the personality in itself to show its fancy tone , and add more with the realistic forms of shading and light for the facial and body structure with nice smaller detailing for the hair and earrings. The backdrop looks okay which think could've needed a bit more dark for the behind shadow of the individual. As a portrait as a whole it looks pretty good giving out the individuals expression the the type of emotion they may have been in at the time with his or her personality. I advise to keep at your personal style because it looks pretty well done!
