Fredrick was born in Wyoming to a caravan family. Fredrick learned survival skills from his Father, ranging from living off the land to caring for his firearm. Fredrick worked as a guard at age 17 for the family ranch and supervised the family caravans until a severe famine hit the state one year and destroyed his family business.

Thanks to the famine, Fredrick's family fell apart. Infighting and cruelty of the wastes made life difficult until the family split with the last inheritance of the business. Fredrick did not recieve his cut, nor did he care, as his family became delusional and became common warlords that squabble for bare minimal survival.

At 19, Fredrick joined the Enclave and had a fascination for Energy and Science. In his career up to the events of Fallout 2, he worked into his way of a Corporal due to his wit of improving energy weapons, tactics, and scientific field operations.

Fredrick grew up enjoying the study of science, and as such, he finally could pursue it. The Enclave, however, was repeating in failure and it really showed. Fredrick was a four star general by 2277. He became disillusioned with the vision, realizing that purging the wastes was just "madness wearing the mask of justice".

Raekim took up his regiment in Adam's Air Force base, where he tried to remain faithful to the vision the Enclave once held and continue the work there. Colonel Autumn would continue his operations seperate from Raekim and reported to John Henry Eden directly instead.

Eventually, Raekim was mortally wounded on the platform at the base by the Lone Wanderer, whom desired revenge for the death of James, his father, before the platform was destroyed. Raekim was healed by a team of robots at the base, seemingly being the Sole Survivor of the fight. He barely escapes the base on a vertibird before the Brotherhood could intercept him.

Raekim's hatred for the Brotherhood grew from this fight, but he realized it was time to forsake the traditional Enclave perspective as it was delusional. He believes in simply just putting a "leash" on the wasteland instead.

Raekim would take up a role as a courier in the Mojave Express, playing discrete until he could form his own chapter of the Enclave. Raekim takes up his first assignment at the end of 2277 for a package to be delivered in the divide, not knowing what would transpire.

By the time he uses the platinum chip, he will form his own chapter of the Enclave and back the old world prodigy, Mr House for the future to come. His need of a military structure is no longer required as he conquers the Big MT for himself, and will finally realize his vision of taming the wasteland to establish the New America.
