A long time ago, in 2003, when the '90s had ended but emo hangs hadn't happened yet, an 11 year old girl played Neopets for the very first time...

What she discovered was a world that inspired her to draw and write, to create and exaplore. A place that encouraged creativity and community. That taught her to dream.

Well, it's been 20 years and I'm still here. Things are much different and times have been rough, but I'm hopeful for the future and this new era of Neopets. In the meantime I'll continue playing games, making art, and telling tall tales of adventures in Neopia that harken back to the hayday I remember!

I finished this banner for my Neopets accounts just in time for the announcement of the merger and the New Era of Neopets !

There are so many ideas and stories I never got around to finishing, so many comics trashed midway because life just got in the way. I've been meaning to revisit them for a while now, to redraw the old and continue my pets' adventures where I left off. With the exciting news about the new plans for a bigger and better Neopia, there seems no time like the present!
