Description From Suzie #78 (1950)
Suzie was another MLJ (later Archie Comics) character book. For a change not a teenager but a fashion crazy woman who always seemed to be getting a new job that she would mess up. Her boyfriend Ferdie tried to help and seemed to end up in a dress quite a bit because of it, though usually just because his suit got wet.
Anyway, here Suzie is playing on a girls baseball team and Ferdie comes by and decides to show off his skill, accidentally injuring the pitcher and ending up in drag replacing her.
The opposing team's name "Female Fudge Packers" is so weird you have to wonder if the writer knew it's hidden meaning.
The fact the title of the story is "The Home Run Queen" kinda makes me suspicious too.

"Fudge packers".
Oh the wonderful silliness of old comics.

It's such an odd name that you have to think the writer was slipping something by his editor by using it.
