Here is the best picture I currently have of Ragnarode.The shading took a while, but I'm really proud of the results.

I made a black layer, then on a seperate layer, I made a green grid with a width of 2 pixels.
I duplicated the grid layer twice, each time using a gaussion blur on them, giving it the glow effect.
After merging the grid with the glow layers, I used the iWarp filter on Gimp to give it the swirls.
Lastly, I merged the grid with the black.

Intimidation is when something scares something else, like when you fight a gyarados in pokemon, it uses intimidate, cutting down attack power.

An intresting ability. But something leaves me wondering. Is this pokemon evil? because the way he looks and all, he looks way beyond good to me...

backstory: created in the internet, sent back in time by arceus and dialga to govern earth in arceus's absence while he created the rest of the universe. arceus comes back, ragnarode disagrees with giving up the power he earned, arceus and palkia lock ragnarode in a place called the cyberegion, where he stayed for centuries.
Ragnarode. Is. PISSED.

the gem on ragnarodes head IS one of the plates, the Cyber Plate.

The Gem of Life is different from the plates, it's Arceus's Heart, you break the gem, you kill Arceus, but not the plates.

The head looks a bit like an Elites head from Halo. Other than that it is very creative. I'm assuming you created it.

I can't decide which is best: the character design, the shading, or the background.

The original picture had no shading. As I've said before, art is mostly effort that you put into it. So imagine my surprise that this picture actually turned out really good when I shaded it! The character design is something I've been working on for a very long time. And the background is surprisingly easy to do. I can tell you how to do it, if you'd like.
