Description
Guillotine. A device used for carrying out executions by decapitation. It consists of a tall upright frame from which a heavy blade is suspended.This has been done for a while. Just haven't gotten around to posting it. I've got an Art Hist. Report. So till next time, peace.

ah Sol...killing Justice in every game, every day.

Nope. That's just her armor. Dizzy is her daughter. And get this... the father is most likely to be Sol. Both Sol and Justice were humans before becoming gears. Her name was Aria and his was Fredrick. They were... close. Which is what makes their eventual battle so much more tragic. But this happens over 100 years later. By then, Sol has to come to grips with the idea that he's not human and whatever is left of Aria is no longer in there. Justice doesn't remember her life as a human until the moment of her death. All she ever remembered was her life as a gear being persecuted by humans until she reached her breaking point and decided to destroy all humanity.
When Sol killed her, he resolved that he would destroy all gears. That wouldn't change until he met Dizzy. When he realized she was the offspring on Justice, he had to realize the possibility of her being his daughter. But he'd already resolved to end their kind and since the only other command gear he met was a killing machine trying to wipe out humanity, he expected no different from her. So he resolved to kill her and be done. But when he made it to the grove where she was hiding to end her, it wasn't a bitter sociopathic monster he found himself fighting, but a scared, innocent girl with not an ounce of killing intent just trying to survive. In the end, he couldn't justify killing her; so he left and went back to fabricate a story that she was dead so as to protect her. Later he'd show up again when her wings would go out of control to calm them down and leave her safely with her friends before, once again, silently leaving. It is this moment where it is strongly implied that he may be her father and the bond between them seems genuine enough to warrant that even if she weren't, it's certainly the way HE sees her.
Ironically... Ky, Sol's rival through the series and a crusader with a burning hatred for gears, ends up falling in love with her, hides her identity as a gear from the authorities the best he can, marries her in secret, and has a son by her, all the while trying to push for equality amongst humans and gears in his later years. In a way, Ky may actually be his son-in-law now.
And that's history with a capital H as we know it. And probably more than you EVER wanted to hear.
