He was a Wyngling again, running through the field with his sister Cherry.
“Poseidon, come here. I want to show you something.” She told him.
Cherry ran to the edge of an outcropping and stopped.
“Poseidon,” she asked, “What do you think…”
Cherry turned around, growing tentacles and eyes glowing red, teeth lengthened and deelaglands ran all down her back.
“... OF ME NOW?” Cherry finished as everything went red.
Poseidon woke up screaming. He stared at his hands, still shivering with fear.
“It was only a dream.” He told himself, “Only a dream.”
