This is my first fake legendary-pokemon, with the types Ice and Psychic! ;D it's about same size as Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. And lol the name is so stupid, I know ! XD but because this fakemon is like the soul of the winter, I wanted something snowy on it's name... Soo flake from snowflake, and ice for... Well, ice :---D I might change the name some day, if I can make a better one XD and sorry, I just had to write all the moves this fakemon can learn !

Information:
There's a legend, that somewhere far in the North lives a pokemon called Flakice, the ruler of winter. Nobody knows it's current location, and some people doesn't even believe in it's existence, but there are few who say they've seen it flying around in the middle of a blizzard. Anyhow, the stories tell that Flakice creates all the ice and snow in this World, and makes it hail.
