I definitely enjoyed the anime more than the manga but your right, now a lot of sense there. I still wish they had continued the series though. It left far too much to the imagination at the end and I had hoped Haruko and Naoto had gotten together u.u

Didn't notice her until now. Also I never really saw the episodes with her in them. I grew out of Sailormoon before they ever really aired all the seasons in English.

They never aired all the episodes in English because it wasn't meant to be a children's show in Japan.
America back in the early 90s really screwed with anime. They removed episodes, the changed the script of what they were saying and they edited out so much and added that dorky "Sailor Moon Says" at the end.
In Japan it was for teens and young adults. Sex jokes, nudity, cross dressing, gay relationships and the manga was far worse with death, decaying bodies and the like^^

That happened with all anime back in the 1990s that was brought to America lol, not a single anime wasn't censored somehow. Even Digimon and Pokemon had scene changes. America used to think anything that was a cartoon was meant for kids somehow. Since over 20 years have passed things have changed.
