I can't click the link to her page, but I believe It's called Opal AU, where Opal is the "permafusion" So Sapphire is Pearl, Amethyst is Ruby and Amethyst and Pearl stays fused as Opal, and Amethyst and Pearl are replaced with Ruby and Sapphire. Does that make any sense?
