That is a disturbing picture (but very amusing to look at), but an interesting one though.
The use of colour in the picture is good and creates a good sense of depth in the image. I like the way how the colours are used to make the character's stomach look like a balloon which is an interesting choice.
The line work is great with correct width and colour used to help create the outline of the character.
The posture of the character is comical, creating a amusing image to look at. The tail at the rear is in an interesting position, not a bad job there.
Overall, this is an amusing image to look at and the character is well positioned to convey the comical idea to the viewer.
I hope you don't mind me giving it a little critique.

Well well, lets give a proper response... Lets see
The picture might look a bit disturbing to non-inflation fans, cartoony inflation is something funny to watch and draw in my opinion, you might differ from it though.
Regarding to the tail position, it's a bit raised because it's got puffy as well.
Anyhow, for depth, shading could have done the job, but I didn't want to do it... I'm still a n00b when it comes to shading~

When I said it was disturbing, it was the idea of it (which actually got my attention in the first place), not the actual image. But that didn't mean I felt that the image was wrong. I actually liked your image there, might as well fav it (forgot to do it before). Hope that clears some things up.

I agree with you there. I remember seeing cartoons as a young kid and found those self inflation scenes very hilarious. So this image brought back some good memories of my favourite TV shows.

I forgot to add that into the main critique, that is pretty much what I guessed why it was like that. Looks like you pay a lot of attention to the minute details of your characters (such as the position of the tail for example) which makes your drawings more unique and interesting.
It is a good job you did there.
