Pretty crappy, semi-first attempt at making a digital painting looking thingy. The eyelashes were the hardest thing by far for me! >.<
I like her hair though.

Ok if you haven't heard of the IP Act here's the basics. It will allow any copright owner or the DoJ to censor or even take down any site that they claim is copyrighting them or whatever the word is. The bill is also so crappilt written that it would allow any copyright owner to shut down a legitimate retail website.
