Judging by the amount of bottles in the second panel, Juvia drank too much and Gray is cutting her off. Juvia's tears alerted Erza and hit Gray for making Juvia cry. Needless to say, Gray's taking Juvia home now to hopefully calm her down and nurse his head wound
