Energetic: Harker is full of boundless youthful energy, he's always trying to keep himself busy and be useful around the hideout.

Kindhearted: A innocent soul, Harker is always willing to lend a paw to others if they need it; or if they merely relent from his constant bugging.

Willing to listen: Harker has the habit of wanting to hear both sides of a situation before jumping on a conclusion or fully taking a side.

Negative-

Stubborn: According to his mother, Harker inherited his father's stubborn ways. Once the child has a task in mind, he does everything he can to complete said task and getting him to quite is a hard task.

Self Doubting: Harker has doubts on if he can live up to his parents expectations.

Gullible: Harker is a child, thus he isn't skilled in seeing through other people's lies and is able to manipulated by those who have no issues with messing with a child.

Too Trusting- this goes with his gullible trait but for those who have a rank over him, Harker is especially trusting towards. To him if you have a rank of higher standing, that means you've prove your worth and earned it. Thus it's even more easier to mess with him that way.

Bio: The child of two Team Rocketmons, his mother was a Gourgeist named Mina and a Lucario named Dracula. The two were part of team rocket for a good portion of their lives but they had started out as wild pokemon. In which they had been captured by different trainers. Dracula had been abandoned for repetive failures against a gym while Mina was released just because the person only wanted the pokedex entry. The two of them met when they ran into members of team rocket and well, it seemed like their only options.

Now it was hard to say if the two having a egg was out of real love for one another...or if it was just because they respected each others prowess and wanted to see what could come of a child that was combined of them personally. Thus a single egg was had and it eventually hatched, revealing Harker to the world. Both of his parents saw no reason for him to be anything other than a member of team rocket. So they eagerly await to see what Harker can do.

Harker has done the average for what it's worth, he didn't do horribly to just be cast away. However it has the rioluboo uneasy and nervous of just what his potential is.

Move Set:

Force palm- Force Palm inflicts damage and has a 30% chance of paralyzing the target.

Astonish-Astonish inflicts damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch.

Quick attack- Quick Attack inflicts damage. It has a priority of +1, so it is used before all moves that do not have increased priority.

Razor leaf- Razor Leaf deals damage and has an increased critical hit ratio. In battles with multiple opponents, Razor Leaf targets all adjacent foes.
