Looks fine to me! Well, MSpaint, it's awesome for it's standarts, since it has very limited resources.
However I think you still need to improve drawing in perspective. The paws doesn't look... uhm... well put in the floor.
You can ask me about it, I have some tutorials, books, training stuff, etc. about perspective. ;3 (Not much time consuming also, I see you don't have much time to draw... =\)
