Shes suppose to look gloomy dark and Emo and such...
But here shes too bright,and sweet and happy @__@ ahhhhh

I think it would make her look more moody and dark if you made her eyes less round.
Round, big eyes = innocence and sweetness
Angular, smaller eyes = mysterious and dark
I do love the colours though! They are really pretty
