Well even a superior loyalist such as I can find the traits in a filthy heretic, a vile xeno and a disgusting mutant that can grab even the smallest shred of my respect.
Take for example, Kharn. Sure he's a huge pile of traitor scum and should be purged outright, but you have to admit he's a traitor that loves what he does, and what does he do? Go around killing people in glorious combat. Sure it's for his dark gods and not for the holy Emperor himself, but combat is combat, he likes combat, so do I, and that I can relate to.
