Howverr I sontnwant anyone to get scared or lose hope, I believe we can win this! Even though I'm terrified, even though this is affecting my ability to make reviews, I still haven't given up hope!

The companies will get in trouble if they pull shit like this with or without Net Neutrality. Considering that they were exposed and that the FTC, yes, the FTC can monitor the company's behavior it's likely that not much will change. Again this is still preliminary.

It's highly unlikely with the evidence we have on Pai that this bill will pass (at the VERY LEAST, he'll get fired), and even then about half the COUNTRY is already suing over this bill anyway. We have majority rule, we have authority, and we have the real power to stop this and make sure it never happens again.
