They walked over to the record player and Phil put some slow jazz music on. They slow danced in silence for a while until Gertie said, "Man Phil, you really pulled all the strings for tonight. You really didn't have to do all this."

As you know I am a total fan of your artwork but I really really love this one it's so romantic in a quiet serene way. In Hey Arnold we get to see little snippets into Pookie and Phil's relationship but I always wanted to see more.
This is just the interaction I can see happening between these two. Everything is quiet in the boarding house so Pookie and Phil sneak away to share a quiet romantic moment dancing under a moonlit sky on the roof.
I really like the gestures you've displayed here. Phil big and strong looks with total adoration at his Pookie while he holds her around the waist gently. While Gertie has the look of love at her husband. We are so used to the show's interpretation of Gertie being wily and eccentric which is part of her charm but it's nice to see her like this too.
The use of the colors are really nice too painting a scene of the past. This picture feels like it could be used as a memorable flashback in the show. The only issue I see is the hair color of Gertie I could of sworn her hair was blonde? Overall all you've put your effort into your art and created an awesome pic.

Thank you so much for your words. ^^ And Yeah Gertie is blonde, but for some reason when I darkened the pic to give night appearance it becomes slightly orange, sorry for that.
