This is a design for the Annual Lantern Festival ! The raffle is free to enter for all

Please have a look at the event, there might still be other raffle Neverlings to have a go at as well ~

I had a lot of fun designing another guumi, they're just really enjoyable to draw!
I went for a darker look than my other ones I did a few months ago because I wanted to show the lantern glow effect more ;w;
