A named ghoul character (Marcus Alghouleyo. Yes really) that the party in my curse of strahd campaign let live. After killing all his cultist friends. He resides in a place called the death house and strangely enough has been tasked with renovating it into an orphanage, under threat of death by one of the players. Not an entirely serious campaign like conventional Curse of Strahd but the players seem to be enjoying it so that's alright.
