Fantastic tutorial! But sadly, as usual since I don't have photoshop, many things are obsolete, BUT I must try! I will see if I am able to translate this for gimp

Nice tutorial, I actually got some tips from this! I do things a little different to you thought but I also seperate everything from highlights to shadows so I ever I need to I can colourize and darken/lighten shadows or highlights depending on the intensity of my light source or colour even.
