the uniforms worn by those that are part of The Agency.
all Agency children wear the same clothes until their 15th birthday.
After that it is decided if they continue to serve The Agency or work for the community in other ways.
Those that stay are the elite children and from thier on wear the proper Agency uniform and protect MIOS.
the Agency Uniform's only difference in sex is the way the jacket is folded.
