Na I see where they are going.....but tbf my modern/traditional art is weird
They have made it harder to get an A in art so I've been doing some miscellaneous shit over the period we had off
I painted like 2 slabs and also I'm gonna be rocking up with a painted concept on a closet door
Since I'm taller than it all I had to do was step into it and stretch to break the doors so I could use em for art
The theme was domestic violence so I painted a door nice a neat on one side but then got a knife to make bug scratched on the other side with a female hand golding a knife and another male fist with also red splattered on to it
So I'm basically a strange person in my art class
But hey if it gets me an A I'm ok with that XD

in my opinion modern art is just
take brush and paint, take a piece of paper, dip brush in paint and slap something really quick

But tbf if i didnt do art then I would still continue to draw because I enjoy it and I wouldn't care about what they gave me in terms of grades because it's my expression or interpretation of something

Ok so junior high would be the equivalent to secondary school? If so same but I only first finished and git grades now i focus on my rise to the next hierarchy of the academic stage such as college or 6 form

It isnt lazy it just means it is like hardly a grade C because there isnt a planned meaning or concept for your creation or any signs of annotation indicating what you have done
But tbf I don't do that I just paint and then whatever it links to the most I go with that sometimes
But I still got a great grade anyway ^^
